Barbell Basics for Kids

Currently not active here for quite some time because of launching my own gym.

One of the first programs will be this upcoming collaboration project with the Thai Powerlifting Federation.

Together, we are working on a Junior/Youth Barbell Strength Training Program to teach young athletes proper human movement patterns and the basics of the “powerlifts”.

This is a great way for kids to work on their confidence and improve their strength, health, and athletic performance using basic barbell exercises.
